Included
Workspace setup, configurable agency rules, de-identified AI quality review, supervisor-facing quality workflows, and pilot onboarding support.
Not included
Evidenote is not an EHR, billing system, payroll platform, clinical decision tool, legal service, compliance certification, or guarantee of reimbursement, revenue, audit results, or regulatory compliance.
Agency responsibility
The agency remains responsible for its official records, user permissions, workforce training, applicable policies, human review, and all clinical, billing, legal, and compliance decisions. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and must be verified by qualified staff.
Data restriction
No protected health information or client-identifying data may be submitted during the founding pilot. Use de-identified sample text only.
These public boundaries explain the pilot but are not a substitute for an attorney-reviewed customer agreement. Final sales terms, privacy terms, and any future health-data agreement must be reviewed by qualified counsel.
